The self contained annex, which used to be the village Tabac, is accessed through the garden and down the stone stairs.  Enter through the front door directly into the lounge/kitchen.  There is a lovely original fireplace which contains a woodburner.  The two wrought iron daybeds can be used as single beds if required.  The kitchen contains a hob, oven, fridge, kettle and toaster.

Up the beautiful turned chestnut stairs to the  multi-aspect bedroom with it's double bed and ensuite bathroom.
